Bed Linen: Bed linen is an umbrella term that encompasses the entire collection of fabric-based bedding components. This includes the bed sheet, but also extends to pillowcases, duvet covers, and sometimes blankets or comforters. Bed linen represents the complete textile outfit of your bed.

What is Cotton?

A thread count of 200 to 400 will feel luxurious and high quality in percale cotton. This fabric is a hugely popular choice for bed sheets and is often found as the bed sheet of choice in many hotels.

While sateen sheets are similar to satin sheets, they aren’t to be confused with one another. The satin weave structure (one under, three over) creates sateen sheets, but yarn is used rather than filament fibers. Despite the differences in material, sateen sheets are just as elegant and silky smooth as satin. They are less durable than percale sheets but also better for cold sleepers and cooler weather.
